• The license may be obtained up to 90 days before the wedding date.

• The bride AND groom must be present to apply for the license.

• It is highly suggested that you bring a certified copy of your birth certificate to help expidite proccessing.

• Proof of identity and age are required for both the bride and groom.

  Acceptable forms of identification are:
  

  1. a drivers license
     
  2. a passport
     
  3. a green card
     

• No proof of residence is required.

• If applicable, written proof of divorce or disalusion of a previous marriage is required.
